4. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests and crew members. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or dangerous may result in removal from the cruise at the passenger's own expense. We strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone on board.

5. Health and Safety

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel. By boarding the cruise, you acknowledge that you are in good health. In the case of illness, disability, or medical conditions, it is recommended to inform us in advance. Canada Cruises reserves the right to deny boarding to individuals whose health conditions may endanger themselves or others.

6. Liability

Canada Cruises is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the cruise. This includes damage to personal belongings, injury due to accidents, or incidents caused by third-party actions. Passengers are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Canada courts.
